Russia: rewards for service inventions will increase to three times

Prime minister Mikhail Mishustin signed an act on remuneration for the employees who develop innovative service inventions and solutions. This information was released in the government press release on Wednesday. The source in the government explained: “The new regulations (the previous ones were adopted in 2014 but later canceled under the “regulatory guillotine”), the employer shall receive the reward in the sum of three average salaries (previously, one salary ) for the employer’s use of a service invention, service utility model, or service industrial design for the period of 12 months when the invention was used.
