We are pleased to announce that the registration for IPQuorum 2018, an international strategic forum on intellectual property, is now open! IPQuorum 2018 will be held in Kaliningrad city (Russia) on April 11–12, 2018.
Hopefully, it will be an important event where consolidated proposals and recommendations on strategic development of the intellectual property sector as a keystone of digital economy will be worked out. The Forum is organized by the IPChain Association (Russian National Intellectual Property Transactions Coordination Center) and the Confederation of Rightholders’ Societies of Europe and Asia (CRSEA), non-governmental organization that unites national societies managing intellectual property rights in the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States, BRICS and other countries.
Coorganizers of the Forum are the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Kaliningrad Region and Skolkovo Foundation for Development and Commercialization of New Technologies.
The event is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
