IPChain
(Russian National Intellectual Property Transactions Coordination Center)

IPChain Association was founded in September, 2017 by the Foundation for Development of Innovation and Commercialization Centre (Skolkovo Foundation), the Russian Organization for Intellectual Property, Higher School of Economics, National Research University, the Russian Union of Rightholders, St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics, the Russian Authors’ Society, the Partnership for Protection and Management of Rights in the Field of Art and “New Century” Bank.

The primary goal of the Association is the development of the IPChain project to build a national network of IP rights and objects transactions. The major IP representatives develop “the infrastructure of trust” network.

The major partners of the Association and participants of the IPChain project are: the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) and the Federal Institute of Industrial Property.

The IPChain national project is a unified solution for intellectual property giving an opportunity for cooperation with the widest range of various economic branches.

Nowadays the IPChain project unites dozens of industrial companies offering cutting-edge and innovative IP solutions.

IPChain includes Russia No.1 e-book service “LitRes”. It will become a basic IPChain repository for licensed e-books in Russia and in CIS countries. IPChain subsystems are also designed on the basis of the National Register of Intellectual Property and BankPrav.ru (IBP LLC), an IP registration and monetization service. IPChain plans to create subsystems and a digital repository on the basis of Gosfilmofond of Russia and cooperate with the National Electronic Library.

Confederation of Rightholders’ Societies of Europe and Asia (CRSEA)

The Confederation of Rightholders’ Societies of Europe and Asia (CRSEA) is an international non-governmental non-profit organization in collective right management area founded to build and develop the institute of collective management in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States, BRICS, etc. Organizations managing different categories of copyright and/or related rights are CRSEA members.

CRSEA acts according to the finest traditions and practices of collective management. CRSEA members pay attention to the current digital technologies and new ways of communication.

The Confederation headquarter is located in Moscow (Russian Federation).
